The D1000 has been designed for customers with a low output, to fill liquid and viscous products in containers up to 100mm Dia. The D1000 is a 6 pocket machine and has maximum fill of 500m/l and an fixed output of 1200 CPH (Cups per hour). The D1000 can be run either using a snap-on lid or a pre-cut foil lid. All components in contact with the product are made from Stainless Steel.

Containers are automatically de-nested into the table. The table then indexes around below each station. Filing is by means of a pneumatic piston, which fills a consistent measure each cycle. Foil or snap-on lids are dispensed and placed on top of the container before being sealed.
