The D2500 has been designed for customers with a medium output, to fill liquid and viscous products in containers up to 125mm Dia. The D2500 is a 9 pocket machine which has a maximum fill of 500m/l and an maximum output of 2500 CPH (Cups per hour). The D2500 can be run using a pre-cut foil and snap-on lid. All components in contact with the product are made from Stainless Steel.

Containers are automatically de-nested into the table. The table then indexes around below each station. Filling is by means of a piston type pump, which fills a consistent measure each cycle. Pre-cut foil lids are dispensed and placed on top of the container before being sealed. The machine is also capable of placing a snap-on lid prior to being ejected. Date coders can be fitted either before or after a snap-on lid being applied. The machine also employs a detection system, i.e. No Cup, No Fill, No Foil, No Heat-seal, No Date Code. The D2500 has the flexibility to run products requiring and pre-fill as well as the main fill.
