The D3000 has been designed for customers with a medium output, to fill liquid and viscous products in containers up to 80mm Dia. The D3000is a 12 pocket machine which has a maximum fill of 500m/l and an output of 3000 CPH (Cups per hour). The D3000 can be run using a pre-cut foil lid. All components in contact with the product are made from Stainless Steel.

Containers are automatically de-nested into the table. The table then indexes around below each station. Filing is by means of a piston type pump, which fills a consistent measure each cycle. Pre-cut foil lids are dispensed and placed on top of the container before being sealed. The machine also employs a detection system, i.e. No Cup, No Fill, No Foil, No Heat-seal, No Date Code.
